The impact of Passages on my life can be summed up in one word: holistic. Passages has holistically developed me emotionally, spiritually, relationally, and intellectually. Emotionally, this program has challenged me to exponentially expand my love for the inhabitants of the Middle East. Spiritually, it has pushed me to rediscover the fundamental tenants of my Christian faith. Relationally, it has built life-long friendships with students who maintain similar aspirations, goals, and ambitions. And intellectually, it has dared me to test my academic ideologies and ivory tower understandings. Not many programs can boast such an all-inclusive impact. I have no doubt that Passages has impacted my present. And it will also impact my future. After being both a Passages participant and Fellow, Israel is no longer a back-burner issue in my book. I fully intend to be an advocate for Israel in my future capacity following my completion of law school.
